Enrolment Procedures
Once you have made your decision on which course you would like to take part in, you need to contact the office to obtain an Enrolment Form & Student Handbook. The handbook lays out all details about our school, training and our guidelines for students. Payment plan options are available on some courses, please request details. You then need to complete the Enrolment Form and Behavioural Standards Agreement (the last page of your handbook) and return together with your deposit. Once we have received this information, we will send you confirmation of your enrolment, your tax invoice and any other information you may require. We do reserve the right to make minor scheduling changes but studnets will always be informed well in advance of any changes. If you enrolling for the Diploma of Beauty Therapy, we will also need to schedule an interview time with you. That's it! Welcome! Funding General: As a government accredited facility, our students may also eligible for government assistance in some cases. We are registered for Centrelink (Abstudy, Austudy, Pensioner, Youth Allowance) and the Parents Returning to Earning program . You need to investigate these options thoroughly to see what programs might be available to you. Skills Victoria - Victorian Training Guarantee EzNailz Face & Body are contracted by Skills Victoria under the Victorian Training Guarantee and are able to offer government subsidised pleaces * for our Diploma of Beauty Therapy to eligible students. Places are subject to admission requirements and availability. If you are aged under 20 years, you are eligible for a government-subsidised place. If you are aged 20-24 years, you are eligible for a governement -subsidised place that will get you a higher qualification than you already hold. If you are over 25, government subsidised places are avaialbe for eligible retrenched workers, and those who are upskilling to gain a qualification higher than one you already hold. In 2010, the Victorian Government will cover between 70-90% of the cost of your training, therefore you will be required to pay for some additional expenses.
