- As this store is for Professionals Only, it is necessary for your first order that you provide us with details of your trade identification (ie Salon Name, ABN, training details, etc). Please insert this information in the comments section of the checkout, this will ensure that your order can be processed without delay. Failure to do this can result in longer than usual delays and even cancellation of the order.
- Prices are subject to change, notification will be made if price of your order is different from what you are to be charged.
- All payments are processed by EzNailz Wholesale & Training/EzNailz Face & Body.
- On receipt of your order EzNailz will indicate an approximate delivery time. Some goods may be out of stock, no substitutions will be made without us contacting the customer. Goods will be held awaiting short term stockouts, but will be shipped incompete if a stockout is seen to be longer than reasonable. EzNailz will advise customers of such discrepancies if they occur.
- All goods are dispatched at the customers risk.
- No returns accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.
- 20% Restocking fee will occur for change of mind, only accepted strictly within 7 days.
- Absolutely no returns on sable brushes
- Notification of any discrepancies must be made within 24hours of receipt of goods.
- Polish colours may vary in all ranges as it's difficult to show the true colour in the images.
